EA Limitless LLC is an experienced consulting firm with years of industry experience in government contracting, government grants, information technology, manufacturing, and professional services. we have  years of experience implementing, operating, and administering innovative systems to assist our clients in optimizing revenue and growth.  

In our experience we managed a large accounting department that handled contract pricing, contract acquisition, billing, revenue recognition and indirect rate planning and calculation for large contracts and large grants.  In this time we developed a strong understanding of the flexibility and capabilities of systems and the reporting required by the government customer and government regulations.  

Our team led the deployment of various modules within Costpoint, including Accounting, Contracts, Planning, Projects, Materials, Administration, Workflows, Subcontract Management, and Time & Expense. Additionally, we supported the establishment of new procedures for the treasury function, such as weekly/monthly cash flow forecasting, improvements in the bank reconciliation process, daily recording of cash activity, segregation of duties, and development of internal controls. Our company also supported the building of cost pool structures and redesigning rate structures for organizations.
